We now offer a variety of services on line to make our operations and yours much faster and smoother.
 
We handle AMSA, BBB, DOT and all Public Utilities complaints, Credit Card Disputes, Insurance Claims, International / Interstate / Intrastate and Local Move claims, Full Value Claims, and Property Damage Claims. We make sure to keep your records with the different entities a “Satisfactory” one.
 
When handling claims that are involving Insurance companies as well as Full Value Protection claims and use Professional Inspectors Nationwide used by the major Van Lines in order to properly asses of the damages claimed.
 
We offer Claims Service and Training for the deferent departments associated with the customer's move such as: sales Training, Dispatch and Drivers Training, and Claims Prevention Training. We Also assist carriers with the preparations for DOT Inspections.
 
We keep all records and transactions for each and every type of claim for the period of One Year after a claim has been closed as required by Federal Laws.
